We offer Free US Standard Shipping orders and Flat Rate Shipping for all orders outside of the US.

UK: 5-7 Business Days
AU: 4-10 Business Days
EU: 5-10 Business Days

*Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will take extra time to deliver and additional charges may apply.

We process orders five days a week, Monday through Friday. All orders placed within weekends and Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day. It may take up to 48 hrs to process  pin, patch, and accessory orders and get the package ready for shipping.

It may take up to 3-4 days to process/print art print orders and get the package ready for shipping.. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order if you have ordered a variety of items and will send you multiple track information. 

In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled after 30 minutes since the order is placed.

We are not responsible for lost mail and damaged mail from the mailing system. We offer a route insurance fee for your order at the checkout, and we encourage this at all times.

If your order arrives damaged or lost in any way, please email us within 3 days with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If you paid for shipping insurance, then we can file a claim through Route.
