All sales are final. Some items are limited edition, and some are print-on-demand, so we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to click on the item description for details and add the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost mail and damaged mail from the mailing system. We offer a route insurance fee for your order at checkout (at only 0.98 cents), and I encourage this at all times.
If your order arrives damaged or lost in any way, please email us within 3 days with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If you paid for shipping insurance, then we can file a claim through route.
